Namaste, I’m Siddharth Rao. Passionate about teaching classical YOGA which unfortunately has been largely misunderstood and misrepresented worldwide, also I would like to share some of my profound experiences and how YOGA has helped me to transform my life!
It is my mission in life to help and raise human consciousness by teaching classical YOGA techniques and providing methods to help individual transformation which will allow my students to embrace life and reach their ultimate potential.
I travelled extensively in an effort to explore myself and my inner strength. I travelled to China to learn classical techniques of “Kung Fu” and mixed martial arts, from there I went to Nepal to climb “Mount Everest” base camp and continued my journey through the dense jungles and mountains of India and Nepal to condition my mind and body by practising “YOGA”.
Being a “YOGA” practitioner for almost twenty years, I decided to go through intense practice of meditation and “YOGA Asana’s (Physical Pose). In the next two years, I completely transformed myself physically and mentally.
I rediscovered myself and gained a completely different aspect of life.
After returning to Australia, I competed in with ANB (Australian Natural Bodybuilding) men’s Fitness Master Class and ICN (I Compete Natural) transformation contest and won both competitions.
Through my journey and experiences in life, I have acknowledged and experienced how an individual can sync with the natural cycles of the cosmos and how they can benefit the human system.
I have experienced and finally understood how do we get people to revere and understand those old ways where people understood and worked within the cycles of life and heeded them for their survival. It is my wish and effort to encourage humans to form a relationship between nature and the human body through practices and experiences designed to be in sync with nature and its immense power to enhance individual lives and bring in the right balance and blissfulness.
I have designed a whole system of practices and training methods by adopting a scientific approach through extensive research and training conducted while studying at “Kaivalyadhama” YOGA Research Centre in INDIA.
My students are made aware of the true “YOGA” values and by providing scientific explanations for practising a particular “Kriya” (Process), Asana, Pranayama, and Dhyan (Meditation), so they are better equipped to teach and practice “YOGA” in the modern world.
We all are here for a short period and it’s my wish and desire to help and raise human consciousness by teaching classical “YOGA” techniques and providing methods to help the individual transformation which will allow them to embrace a joyful life and reach their ultimate potential.
Today in this modern-day society and fast-paced lifestyle we have lost touch with the earth and nature. Slowly, we all are becoming more of an incubated life rather than real wildlife. This will cause various disorders in an individual’s life if we don't take care of them in the right way.
It is very clear we are living the most convenient and comfortable lifestyle, yet we are not fully equipped to deal with certain tough situations in life. We humans easily give up when we face certain tough situations in life and seek shelter by taking drugs and alcohol. So many people can’t handle the stress and life situations, in the end getting depressed.
